Can someone tell me why some people don’t know what the United Arab Emirates is but they know what Dubai is,Dubai is a city in the United Arab Emirates. This is not a hate comment but just saying
Things that you don’t really need to know but whatever
1: we love tea
2: some of our food are shawarma, fish chip or fish crips, falafel etc
3: try visiting other Emirates like Abu Dhabi or other cities
4: if you have seen a one dirham coin there is a picture of some weird teapot that image shape is how many traditional teapots look like
5: try checking out global village it is AMAZING!!!! Also it’s not a village but a theme park something like that and I think it is in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
6: some people may think this is weird but we corn in a cup with some liquid inside I have only tried two there are the spicy and normal and some others that I don’t know
7: In Dubai we have these boating areas and it’s awesome
8: we have a beach called khorfakan however you spell it it’s in Ras Al Khamiah

This is so wrong on so many levels.
1. Shawarma and falafel are not Emirati food, they are Levantine.
2. The weird teapot on the back of the coin is not a teapot, it is a dallah, a coffe pot for Kawa or however you spell it in English.
3. Khor Fakkan is not in RAK, it is part of Sharjah but it is located in Fujairah.
4. Before saying “we” when referring to yourself as an Emirati or a resident, do your research about the UAE.
