The Mall of the Emirates is an elegant, refined setting, with over 600 stores and numerous eateries where you can enjoy a truly international gourmet experience.
From the outside, you'll be surprised to see that one area of the building appears to resemble a huge slide. When you enter the mall, it soon becomes clear why: there's an actual 400-meter long ski run inside!
The Mall of the Emirates is home to Ski Dubai, a large indoor ski area that replicates winter landscapes and temperatures, where you can hire everything you need to practice a number of activities.
Why not take the chance to spend a day doing something a bit different? Imagine telling your friends you've been skiing right next to the desert!
The thrill-seekers among you might like to try the electrifying descents on sleds, skis or snowboards, enjoy an adrenalin-pumping ride on the zipline suspended 16 meters above ground, or roll around inside a huge zorb ball.
If you prefer something a little less daring, you can visit the ice cave, have a fun snowball fight and meet some of the Mall's cutest guests: who could resist a close encounter with a penguin?
And when you feel like taking a rest, why not warm up with a hot chocolate in a mountain chalet? You'll find a perfect replica of one at the Après bar and restaurant, which looks onto the ski runs…
