Emirates NBD Customer Care Month – Animation

During the month of October, the Emirates NBD team conducted numerous activities via touchpoints like branches and Social Media to give their customers easy banking tips, reward them for their suggestions and provide them with unique offers. Along with the team at Emirates NBD, we created a script for what later became a short story-telling animation that highlighted these Customer Care events. The story revolved around the customer and how they inspire the bank to offer their best service possible.
