    huhuhu I have the same problem with weight. It used to be normal until I needed to lose some weight para sa sport na sinalihan ko before and now hirap na ako mag gain. What is the protein shake u bought?

      i can’t remember pero any protein shake na for weight gain will do. Pero ingat kase nakaka cause sya ng breakout for some.
